פסיפיק גרין מתקשרת בהסכם מסגרת עם סינופק כדי לעבוד על תיק של פרויקטים שכוללים אנרגיית רוח ביבשה ובים, חשמל פוטו וולטאי ושימושי אנרגיה מקיפים

Pacific Green Technologies, Inc. ("החברה" או "פסיפיק גרין", (OTCQB:PGTK)) שמחה להודיעה שחברת בת בבעלות מלאה של  Pacific Green Technologies (Shanghai) Co. Limited חתמה על הסכם מסגרת ("ההסכם") עם SINOPEC Star Co., Ltd. ("סינופק סטאר"), חברת בת של סינופק, הקונגלומרט הגדול ביותר בעולם של זיקוק נפט, גז ופטרוכימיה שהמטה שלו בבייג'ינג, להספקת שירותי תכנון, הנדסת פיתוח וייעוץ.

 

לפי ההסכם פסיפיק גרין תעבוד לצד סינופק סטאר על תיק של פרויקטים בתחומים של אנרגיית רוח ביבשה ובים, חשמל פוטו וולטאי ושימושי אנרגיה מקיפים, כי סינופק רוצה להרחיב את תיק האנרגיה המתחדשת שלה. ההסכם הזה בתוקף עד 1 בדצמבר 2022.
